How to raise multilingual kids, the course.
I teach parents and educators how to raise multilingual kids. My hope is that the everyday person can break communication barriers, especially for the Spanish Speakers and Deaf Individuals in their local communities. The earlier you begin learning multiple languages, the more inspired you become to keep learning new ones. The more you learn, the more people you can connect with. The more people you connect with, the more global problems can be solved.

While we cannot teach you everything there is to know, we can help you be confident when speaking with Native Spanish Speakers or singing with Deaf Individuals.

Who we teach ASL and why!
We teach families of Deaf Individuals and Non-verbal hearing individuals ASL so that they can see what their loved ones are saying.
Did you know?
Approximately 70 - 90% of Deaf Individuals have 1 or less people they can communicate using ASL with in their Families! Can you imagine spending years with your family and no one made an effort to communicate with you in a way that was accessible?
Where we draw the line!
Out of respect for the Deaf Community I do not teach American Sign Language (ASL) to everyone, just families of small children and families of Deaf or Non-verbal Individuals. The best teacher for anyone appox 14+ years old is a Deaf teacher because they are old enough to have the patience it takes to learn in a silent, visual environment.
